From: karens on 12 May 2010 15:25 I have a master project with approximately 30 subprojects. Each project has a project manager. I want to be able to run a report that shows the project managers and the activities that fall under that project manager within a certain timeframe. Ultimately, I'd also like to be able to have a graph or chart that shows how much % of work the PM has during a time frame. I'm fairly new to Project, used to use Primavera. Can anyone help?? My report would look something like this: Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 Week 4 Project manager task task task Project Manager Project Manager
From: Rob Schneider on 12 May 2010 15:56 I think all you have to do is display all the subprojects in that Master Project, then use a filter (on the field(s) you wish to define as dates for the filter) to limit the tasks. This would be shown in a Gantt chart with Weeks as the time interval. --rms www.rmschneider.com On 12/05/10 20:25, karens wrote: > I have a master project with approximately 30 subprojects.
