From: AEB123 on 9 Oct 2009 14:50 I often have trouble scheduling a recurring meeting because the room I want to use may be booked for one of the occurences. I get the message "4w-104 is already booked for the specified time. You must use another time or find another resource." Then I have to cancel out of the meeting request, try to figure out which occurence is in conflict, and set up multiple meetings instead of one. It would be better if Outlook gave me better information about which occurence is in conflict, and even better if Outlook popped up a dialog where I could choose an alternate room for that occurence. This happens very often and is very frustrating and also a big waste of time. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
