Users who have permission to see your calendar will only see: Private Appointment . Submitted using http://www.outlookforums.com

You can mark them private to hide all data or remove calendar permissions and only give them free/busy permission - it you have exchange 2007, you can control the level of details. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM "slags" <slags(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:2D61C168-B0AC-40C1-AC65-1C87E904ECAD(a)microsoft.com... > I would like my calendar to be shared with others, but prevent one from > clicking on the appointment to see details.
