I do not currently have a network printer that I could use for tests but the following command should resolve your problem: route add 10.103.200.173 mask 255.255.255.255 192.168.10.107 -p The command will force IP packets with an address of 10.103.200.173 to use the network adapter with the address 192.168.10.107. After entering the command you should be able to ping 10.103.200.173. If you want other PCs to use this printer then you need to share it on your current machine.
From: Rich Wonneberger on 26 Apr 2010 22:16 Shank, Try this: Easy way is to first connect the printer to the router and turn the printer off. Now hold the small back button down (job cancel) on the right side and at the same time power on the printer and wait for all 3 lights to come on. After they do release the button and the printer will perform a cold reset. When the printer comes to ready (horseshoe light on) wait about 2 minutes and then press the small back button (job cancel) and at the same time press the big go button and release both. The printer will then print a configuration page and if the network card is working you will get a second page with the network settings. Use the second page to add the printer to your system as a local tcp/ip printer using the address on the second page. After you get it working you will want to type the ip address into your web browser and when the web browser comes up click on network settings and change dhcp or bootp to manual and apply the settings. Good Luck.
