From: max(L) on 2 Jan 2010 15:20 Hi, does anyone knows if either SAS 9.1.3 or SAS 9.2 support Windows 7 ? The 9.1.3 setup enters an endless loop checking for system requirements (e.g. Java private machine) For SAS 9.2 I'm just asking because I'm just waiting for the new license. Thanks in advance. max(L)

I have been running Windows 7 for 5 months or so and had 9.13 on up until Nov1 or so.. Alan http://www.savian.net

Did you ever experience that nasty endless loop above ? The thing is really odd and proceed as follow: 1. checking for system requirements 2. ending with a message like "your system already met the minimum system requirements" 3. start SAS Setup GOTO 1. :-) Any idea ? max(L)
From: Ken Barz on 5 Jan 2010 13:16 I have 9.2 running on Windows 7 64 bit with no issues that I've found. I have heard there is some issue with import/export and 64 bit, but I've not played around with it to verify.
