help needed on DDE 'excel|system' It looks like you are trying to do something like that described by Roper in http://www2.sas.com/proceedings/sugi25/25/cc/25p097.pdf I just tested the program and I works nicely to open EXCEL and wait the least amount of time, before continuing. Then you are ready to DDE as you see fit. On 12/16/09, Tom Smith... 18 Dec 2009 12:44

Latex and SAS output Hi, I am having a little difficulty with the latex tagset. The output runs off the page. For example when I use proc corr, it adds additional columns for the p-values rather than having it look like the original output. I don't have this problem when I am using ods rtf. I also wanted to know how to change the... 16 Dec 2009 00:26

SAS renewal Did you purchase SAS yourself or is it through a company or university? If it is through a company or university then they purchase a license for the whole company or university and you "buy into" their license, thus you contact your SAS representative; such as at a University, you might be directed to go to to IT cen... 15 Dec 2009 17:49

discriminant function scores I am working on a DF analysis and would like to get SAS to output the discriminant scores for each observation. I would like to publish the tabulated cutting scores for each model to allow others to use the predictive models. I can't figure out how to get SAS to do this, at a minimum I need the discriminant scores... 15 Dec 2009 15:35
Do over can't be nested? Hi there, I'm surprised that "do over" can't be nested. See the following. The first data step tried to nest two "do over" and got error message. The second one used explicit reference to the array and worked as expected. Wonder why? Is it because do over always use the same index var, so the inner loop changes ... 15 Dec 2009 14:28 |
