Hi Larry

I have sorted out this issue with help Sherry Jia (Partner Online Technical
Community).
I fixed by doing following tasks.

1. rename following files.

\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\Resources\1033\Semnt.rll
to Semnt.rld

\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\Resources\1033\Sqlsvc.rll
to Sqlsvc.rld

\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\Semnt.dll to Semnt.dld

\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\Sqlsvc.dll to Sqlsvc.dld

\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\Sqlresld.dll to
Sqlresld.dld

2. Uninstalled SQL 2000 instance according to this Microsoft article.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/320873

3. installed ISA 2004 with no issues .

I am updating this newsgroup with resolution. Thanks for you advise and
time.

Kind Regards

Deepak Sood
