Hi Marc,

Just a quick check, have you re-run the CEICW wizard after the issue occured? If not, please re-run the CEICW wizard as it will help to reset the virutal directory configurations in IIS.
If the issue persists, try to enable/require SSL on the OMA virtual directory and restart IIS to test again.
