We recently had a problem where the mailbox store got corrupted. I have
since fixed it with eseutil and isinteg and it appears to be functioning
fine. The problem I have now is that all email with attachments is rejected.
I can send a receive email fine if it does not have an attachment, if I do
have an attachment it is rejected with the following details in the email
sent back to the sender:

#< #5.2.0 smtp;550 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver: The Microsoft Exchange
Information Store service reported an error. The following information should
help identify the cause of this error:
"MapiExceptionNotFound:16.18969:32550000,

I'm pulling my hair out on this one, anyone have any ideas?

Apparently all is not well with the database. Create a new database
and move the mailboxes in the damaged one to the new database. Then
delete the damaged database.

Probably a problem with the attachments table in the database.

Just finished fixing this issue on a user's mailbox. Apparently they had
created a rule pointing to a phantom folder causing the delivery to fail. We
tried all other suggestions including anti-virus and moving to a new
datastore but it was removing that rule that fixed it. Hopefully this can
help someone else.
