Am I the only one that can not log into the support forums because with
safari the user name is too long, works ok with firefox.

I've reported the problem to safari (who don't seem to have any way of
asking for a reply) and virgin media

Don't expect any help from Virgin Media. You'll probably be called
"Mrs. Heyyers", and be asked to turn it off and on again.

Solved, it was all due to a cockup when they created my support forum
login, ended up with 2 accounts.
