For horizontal width: Move cursor down the column so there's column on
one side and list on the other. The resizing icon will show up there. It
does *not* appear further up the column next to that black coverflow
area.

For vertical height: Look for ridged bump under the slider in the
coverflow section. That's the "handle" for resizing this dimension.

Thank you--I was looking in the wrong place. I don't use "show all
bookmarks" to look for one, just to edit them.
