Okay, thanks. That was easy enough.

The file is now available at

H-Man;

Would you like this hosted on pricelesswarehome.org?

Thanks Craig.

Only if you think someone will benefit from it. It is completely free of
and restrictions to copy or use so if you feel it may be beneficial to do
so, that works for me :))

Be aware however that this app has not been tested under anything other
than XP Pro SP3 and only on the few different scanners I have available to
me, so if something needs fixing, people ping me here and I'll do my best
to fix things up. The libraries I used are pretty solid though so I don't
really expect any huge surprises.

Thanks! Got it. I use ABBY 9.0, but this looks good for installing on
other machines as well.

Ron,

Like most of the simple scanner software out there, Scan2PDF is for simply
getting a page or a few pages into a PDF for emailing and such. The PDFs
are not editable and are simply graphics placed on the page. Often, for me
anyway, the requirement is to email an invoice or a manual page or a
diagram. These things are mostly best handled by the PDF as a greyscale or
B&W graphic just packaged as a PDF. The reason is that the PDF container
handles multiple image types and handles multiple pages really well. Most
readers have pretty good 'print to paper' options so for us and our field
personnel and customers, PDFs seem to work the best.

I hope you find it useful.
