Stock standard Command shift 4 and a handy little cursor image
pasted on later in Photoshop or the like (remember when one could
grab these icons easily in OS 6 and 7? <g> They are probably all
there in OS X somewhere, never bothered to look, been too busy
working and fighting with Michelle).

In Grab one can opt to show or not show the cursor when the shot is
taken. This option is found in the Grab preferences.
