Hm, download http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads, make virtual machine file, install os. Make backup of file. Surf the interent in virtual machine. After serf, erase virtual machine file. All the time. The first thing many types of malware do is disable the antivirus. It's trivially easy on windows where any process can overwrite any part of the system at any time. |
