Hi, I have a document with various headings which should be displayed in the
Table of Contents at three levels, preferably with indentation, for example:

Chapter Title ...................... 1
Sub-heading ................... 1
Topic ......................... 1

However, in the body of the document, the headings at all three levels must
appear at the left margin of the page without bullets or numbers, as follows:

Chapter Title
Sub-heading
lorem ipsum
Topic
lorem ipsum
Another Sub-heading
lorem ipsum
Another Topic
lorem ipsum

Any advice on the easiest way to accomplish this by managing styles in the
document that already exists would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm not sure what you're asking. You can format the heading styles any way
you want. This doesn't affect the TOC styles, which by default have the
progressive indents you want.

Simply format each of your Heading styles to be exactly the same
except for their names. Because their names are different, the ToC
machine will treat them differently.
