I didn't know 7zip can do that.
The reason I need to split up the files isn't important right now; just
that I may have to do it.

I was curious as to why you wanted these chunks in RAR format - not
why you wanted to split up compressed archives into chunks.

7-Zip and IZarc (and others) can easily do this. Just the format
they do it in won't be RAR. (likely, .zip, .7z, etc.)
