I have a reasonably powerful computer but since I updated to R2010a it
seems like Matlab takes a long time to refresh graphics. For example,
if I would like to insert a text label with the gtext command or use
the plot editing tools, they take about 10 seconds to open up. I am
not sure where to start with diagnosing this problem.
