From: Bryce on 15 Jan 2010 20:23 I need software to reset a ps2 mouse+kb to usb adapter. The hardware always works perfectly at the grub menu, but kb frequently is non-responsive at session login until I unplug/replug kb ps2 or usb port. This is the case when booting linux, win2k, or ms-dos and no improvement by swapping kb or computer: it's a cranky adapter. I need a fix for linux (Debian Sid) only. Looking through the package list turned up nothing. I've experimented with modprobe to remove and then re-install various modules, no joy. I had hoped to find something I could add to boot scripts to run near the end of every boot to reset the adapter. Does anybody know how to do this? Thank you. Bryce
