down/up cycle.

The moving parts of a clock are in time. This is how the aether rate
is measured.

The aether Aether rate is flow in two times. The two times of Einstein
Gravity strength time and motion time. The math is C/gamma for both
times but in a different way. Time flows over energy at near light
speed. Because it is devided by gamma.
