Correct, hence the 66hz television signal. The human consciousness is

A processor is actually a miniature circuit board and nothing else.
Space & time would be the motherboard (hence circuit board) and the
individual human consciousness would be individual processors (and
memory) on that same circuit board (space & time).

If the main current of the circuit is switched-off for a trillion
years and then back on, for the individual human consciousness it
would represent one single pulse rate, meaning less than 1 second.

Well, that's not true, either, since the humans with brains
invented
Flat Screen Software Debuggers, Rapid Prototyping, Laser Disks,
and
Atomic Clock Wristwatches, rather Ghz.
For the simple reason that the defination of GHz is far more
arbitary than
the definition of Oxygen

The two times of SR or motion and GR or gravity time and space are
the immaterial. Einstein pointed out that the aether must be
immaterial.
