Probably not.

Shouldn't you have checked into that *before* buying this cheapo web
camera?

Well, I don't see Speedlink in the list of devices at

but you might try plugging your camera in, going into System
Profiler, and looking under Hardware > USB and finding the
camera's Vendor ID and Product ID. Maybe it's guts are known
to the Macam project under another brand name.

Oh wait, there IS an entry for a Speed Link SL-6820. (I missed
it because I just pulled up the page and searched for "speedlink".)
It would seem like there's a good chance it might work, especially
if your camera uses the same or a similar controller chip. Should
be worth a shot.

If it works, let the Macam project know that the 6810 works
as well by posting to Camera Reports.
