From: M Skabialka on 23 Feb 2010 13:00 The only item I have at that location is: NoDriveTypeAutoRun, and a search for ClearRecentDocsOnExit found nothing in the registry. From: skeeterh3 on 23 Feb 2010 14:08 I have a similar issue with the Run mru's. Based on my experience it has to do with the installation of IE8. In any case my question is - Will adding a "ClearRecentDocsOnExit" key with a value of 0 to the registry resolve this issue? I already have a key "NoRecentDocsHistory" with a value of 1 in [HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer] I've always had this key and it never has effected the Run mru list. You can simply delete the ClearRecentDocsOnExit value. John skeeterh3 wrote: > I have a similar issue with the Run mru's. Based on my experience it has to > do with the installation of IE8.
