Hi Vitaliy,

We´ve been doing themodynamic simulation in Simulink - which can become quite a tedious task if you have to start from scratch.
Have a look at http://www.mathworks.de/products/connections/product_detail/product_35808.html, I guss this could be quite helpful to solve your problem.
