Cheers. Always willing to try a new converter. Thought: Do you know of a site that features regular comparisons between transcoder apps? I did it myself a couple of years ago cos there wasn't one (ended up buying ConvertX) but is there one now? alvey

Pentium 4 1.9 ghz with 1/2 gb of mem. VERY slow. Just went through a very expensive day (motorcycle battery went out -~$90- then was given a stick of gum and actually broke a tooth on it!) so there went my new computer. It's not that big a deal to me that I convert the file. It's a one hour television program about new submarines that I wanted to watch on my TV. I can still watch it on my computer. -- John Corliss BS206. Because of all the Googlespam, I block all posts sent through Google Groups. Maybe it's setting cookies and you have to get to that page from the other pages before it gives you the download? Who knows, but I have downloaded it. Yep, just got it again. Follow the instructions from the main site and you can download it. Jump directly to the page and you don't. Rather obtuse and pointless, but it does work. > BTW, I don't want the program...
