I recompiled the video4linux modules with the hack given in: http://linuxtv.org/hg/~mkrufky/teledongle/rev/676e2f4475ed but it doesn't work, in particular, I dont have video0 file in the / dev/dvb/adapter0 directory. I got demux0 dvr0 frontend0 net0 but no video0. You may need to load up the necessary firmware to get the tuning adapter to work. Check the Digital TV Wiki at <http://linuxtv.ORG/wiki/> and relevant page for your device. Also it would be helpful when posting such questions that you provide some details of your hardware device IN the body of the posting, including brand name, model name, video device type ATSC/DVB-s/DVB-t/DVB-c etc, instead of assuming everybody knows to what you are referring.
