Thanks for your email Martin, telling me that you'd like to transfer
your number from O2 to T-Mobile. I'll certainly advice you.

I've tried calling you today, but unfortunately couldn't reach you.

I'm pleased to hear that you're thinking of joining T-Mobile. Moving
your current mobile number across is really easy! You'll just need to
make sure you have a new connection with us and you'll need to ask
your current mobile network to give you your PAC (Porting
Authorisation Code). Your PAC will be valid for 30 days and during
this time, you can contact us about moving the number across.

Once you have the PAC just email or call us, so that I can Transfer
(port in) your O2 number to T-Mobile. We're available from 8am to 10pm
Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday on 150 from your
T-Mobile phone or 0845 412 5000 from a landline (Landline calls are
charged at local rates if you're a BT customer, but if you're with
another provider it may cost a bit more so do check). Alternatively
you can visit a T-Mobile store.

All you need to do is give me the PAC code and the mobile number you
want to transfer and I'll pass your request on to our technical team.
Otherwise, you can reply to this email alternate number and convenient
time and send us your PAC code, the mobile number you want to transfer
and a contact number and I'll be able to arrange the transfer. Once
I've all this information, it'll take two working days for your number
to transfer across to us.

We'll send you two text messages on your T-Mobile phone, one to let
you know the transfer date and another to confirm when your number has
been moved across. We'll also send a text with the transfer date to
your other phone.

On the date of the transfer there may be some loss of service on both
your phones as the number is switched off by one network and activated
on the other. We recommend that you carry both phones with you on this
day, to reduce the chance of being out of contact at any time.

If you want to carry on using the phone that you have at the moment,
please check with your current network provider to find out whether it
will work on the T-Mobile network.

I complained to Vodafone that I was unable to make any calls in
Denmark and they replied saying they regretted that they did not have
an international roaming agreement with Canada.

I have had a similar experience. I was trying to make a sales enquiry,
and they wanted to know my account details before they would answer my
questions. After several rounds of emails, I told them in no uncertian
terms that my business would be taken elsewhere.
