I am not sure that it will be suitable to your situation, but there
are conformable heater tapes used for a variety of purposes. Such tape
may do what you need.

THAT's a good idea. There are heater pads for the oilpans of small
piston aircraft engines. They come with adhesive that you expose
and then you apply the pad to the cleaned pan.
