From: CJB on 2 Feb 2010 15:50 I wrote a letter to Three at least 4 weeks ago about the inadvertant over-run of my data allowance because My3 was down for quite a while and I couldn't monitor my usage. Today Customer Services in India called me and explained that very many customers had had the same problem with My3 being down. As far as I can tell My3 was taken down in order to upgrade the security levels - previously these were set to SSL 2.0 which even Firefox refused to connect to. Now the levels have been raised (but I'm not sure to what but hopefully at least SSL 3.0+ &/or TDL 1.0+). Anyway after I complaining about my over-run of about £8 the CSA agreed to refund me that amount on my next bill. He was also incredibly polite!!! CJB.
