Just noticed that in my Tiger on Powermac QS, when I go to read
the manual at

file:///Library/Documentation/Services/apache/mod/directives.html

none of the links I have tried on that page actually work. I can
get them to work by diving into /mod and duplicating
directives.html.en and renaming it without the .en on the end.

But surely I should not have to do this to all the links!

I have forgotten if I should be reading the manual *on this
computer* a different way.
