I bought my Time Capsule in October 2009 and the Apple support page says:

Note: �This firmware update is for late 2009 AirPort Extreme and Time
Capsule only.

However, installing AirPort Utility 5.5.1 update does not offer any
opportunity to update the TC's firmware and a list of the update
package's files shows only nibs for FirmwareDownloader � no firmware �
and when installed, no option to download firmware.

The TC's current firmware is 7.4.2.
Running in bridge mode since my cable modem is responsible for DHCP and
NAT.
