There is a slow light speed for gravity's contracting timerate. This
is a slow C rate for time or aether flow by dividing by Gamma. Lights
clock is fastest but gravity slows it down in the form of a slow C by
Gamma mathematics.

Proper time of all the different rates is percieved and experienced as
all the same. All aether-time rates appear the same
