Track lateness on tasks

From: McDan on 18 Mar 2010 09:38 I would like to create a graphical indicators to show this information: If task is late less than 2 weeks - green sign; If task is late within 2-4 weeks - yellow sign; If task is late more than 4 weeks - red sign Do I need a formula for this ?

Depending on whether a task is critical, or close to being critical, "lateness", however defined, may or may not be anything to be concerned about. Not everything is urgent, or has to finish on or before its late finish. These traffic lights and RAG indicators are just eye candy.
