From: Trevor Rabey on 18 Mar 2010 10:36 How do you define late? Depending on whether a task is critical, or close to being critical, "lateness", however defined, may or may not be anything to be concerned about. Not everything is urgent, or has to finish on or before its late finish. These traffic lights and RAG indicators are just eye candy. They are not very informative or useful. -- Trevor Rabey 0407213955 61 8 92727485 PERFECT PROJECT PLANNING www.perfectproject.com.au "McDan" <McDan(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:713FB208-224B-4BFC-B80F-955ADD9BF649(a)microsoft.com... >I would like to create a graphical indicators to show this information: > > If task is late less than 2 weeks - green sign; > If task is late within 2-4 weeks - yellow sign; > If task is late more than 4 weeks - red sign > > Do I need a formula for this ?
