If you apply for warranty repair on line and opt to send the phone back freepost you get an authority code and instructions that include the following: Here's what to do next: • Create a back-up of your personal data. • Packing instructions • Remove and retain your battery, battery cover, SIM and memory card before packing your device. We can't guarantee that these items will be returned to you. • Pack your Nokia device in a small padded envelope to protect it from damage. • If possible, also include a proof of purchase, such as your receipt.
