Captain Byron T. Woytek said his officers went to the store after store security reported the two women had removed tags from clothes and tried to slip out of the store without paying. The charge against one woman was upped from Shoplifting to Robbery when she hit the store detective. BUSTED & CUFFED and charged with robbery was Loretta Avie, 17, of Katy. (Left) Charged with Class B theft was Bianca Walters, 21, of Katy. Both were booked into the Harris County Jail. |
