The only tricky part is getting the parallel connection on your 1541. Is anyone selling a ready-to-install kit? I know some users would prefer not to do any soldering... -- ___ . . . . . + . . o _|___|_ + . + . + . I am interested in more contributors to the C64PP project, so if I make the tool more useful to recruit more people to create NIB images, then I've helped the project. -- - Pete Rittwage http://rittwage.com C64 Preservation Project http://c64preservation.com

A couple people in the project have bought them and said it was a snap to install and worked with Joe Forster's XMP adapter "out of the box". One bad thing- They are actually selling them as "Burst Nibbler" cables along with a pirated version of the software, so Datel probably wouldn't like it very much, if they care. -- - Pete Rittwage http://rittwage.com C64 Preservation Project http://c64preservation.com

Whenever c.s.c watches to a serious discussion thread these days, I should be the last one getting childish. :-/ Excuse me, c.s.c. Womo |
