It makes you wait about 30 seconds after deselecting Bing. (At least it
did for me.) Might want to try it again. This is all kind of a pain, but
I wanted to install it on a 64-bit Win7 Pro machine.

"Hall of shame", come on. Give the guy a break. I just read his blog
(http://ccollomb.free.fr/blog/?p=70) and he had to fork 500 bucks to
support Windows 64, and he kept Unlocker free for everyone. As far as
I have seen, all ads are completely optional and I did not notice any
residues on my machine.

What other ways would you recommend to recoup his money?

At least on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit.
