From: Ant on 13 Sep 2008 16:07 I found a way to fix it. I had to tell Software Update to download only the update (not install). After it finished redownloading from scratch and opened up the Finder's download location, then I ran the update and that worked. Thanks to all who replied. OK, Mac OS X newbie from Windows and Linux world, and experiences with computers for decades. What are receipts in there?
