Hi all,

Have been unable to offer remote help (through SBS Console) to Windows 7
machines...

Does anyone know if it's still not supported under SBS 2003 ?

I don't know if this is a "support" issue as more of a dealing with UAC
issue. Did you read up on the Vista/2k3 interaction? Same rules apply.

Susan,

I was under the impression that with the corrective patch for SBS 2003,
Windows 7 would fit in nicely... apparently this is not case.
Is there a specific procedure on Windows 7 so it works as it should on the
remote assistance using SBS Remote Help Tool?
