Usermail.com Problem

From: nospam on 13 Mar 2010 12:14 Are there any usermail.com users that are also having a problem reaching usermail.com via email? Since late February I have tired to reach them five times using the email addresses of billing(at)prxy.com and supportdesk(at)usermail.com and so far no response. I have checked my /var/log/maillog file and my emails definitely left the server with no reject or bounce notices returned and there have been no attempts of a response delivery so it is not that their replies are being filtered by my server. You would think they would have answered since I was trying to arrange payment of an invoice. This not strictly a sendmail query but I did not see a more appropriate place to ask after reviewing all the available groups listed. I also thought this might work since there could be some usermail.com customers here. If you think there is a more appropriate newsgroup to use, let me know and I will apologize and go quietly away.

That might be just the thing to try. On the other hand, perhaps paying a year in advance to an outfit that is no longer answering support emails might not be the smartest thing to do :-). I will have to give it some thought if no one here indicates that they have had an email from them recently.
