I am attempting to generate video for perceptual test film from PCA components generated using the princomp function in Matlab.

I have some code used previously by another student who wanted to do the same thing. However their PCA was run differently to mine and thus the code does not work properly with my dataset at present. The code will generate video but the layout of the display appears to be wrong. The process should generate human stick figures from the PCA components but the video mine generates do not look like stick figures.

Does anyone have any expertise with these types process where they can offer advice or ideas?
