I made a 5 minute movie and the video is jumping and skipping frames of the

Maybe it's an issue with the format of your source files:

Many formats are reportedly compatible with
Movie Maker but the most reliable choices are:

Photos - bmp
Video - wmv or dv-avi
Music - wma, wav, wmv
