Prev: Move e-mails back to Yahoo from Outlook
Next: Why is there a hand icon on some of my folders in Outlook?
From: Looking 4 Help Please on 9 Mar 2010 10:52 I recently deployed a brand new computer to one of our end-users. I installed IE 8 and Outlook 2003 on this computer. All seemed fine for a few days, but all of a sudden, when she views an email that shows it is an HTML document, the left margin is cut off slightly. Not only does this occur for the View but also the Print function. I have spent approximately 2 hours reading other's postings and researched via other search engines. I have tried the margin setting w/in IE; opened the culprit email and then reset IE margins, tried Rich Text vs. HTML, etc. I can't go back to a different IE version, as one of our applications require IE 8. If I send the same email from my Outlook 2007, it comes in fine to this end-user. If she forwards it to herself, it looks fine when it's on the screen, but once she actually sends it to herself, the left margin is again cut off. I have many other user's with the same Outlook & IE version who are not having this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions outside of the standard ones that aren't working for anybody? Thanks in advance for your time. |
