Won't be using this but there was another post about a similar
function... (see "connectify"). Anyway, this is in beta, it is from MS'
Codeplex and the license is Ms-PL which OSI regards as F/OSS. Check
closer to the bottom of the page for more information on the author,
Chris Pietschmann.
