Rumor has it that BP wants to dispose of bales of Ben Franklins to a proper Federal waste contractor. Let is all hope and pray that it does not collide with the OSHA 18-wheeler returning full. We now know that all drilling rig ladders meet OSA specs for knots/linear foot. Every steel and aluminum ladder was inspected.
