From: Big_Lew on 9 Mar 2010 11:31 Hello I've had a support request thrust on me and I'm afraid I haven't a clue where to start. We are running OS X server 10.4 and mail is working fine within the building however when you send a mail from webmail server it comes from user(a)mail.XXXXXX.co.uk and you can not reply to the email, or send to user(a)XXXXXX.co.uk. Any suggestions or help would be gratefully received.

I've no idea about the second part of the problem, sorry. -- Sara Hurrah - the weather has cheered up

Did you setup a DNS Mx Record for XXXXXX.co.uk. in your Primary DNS Server, and did that Mx Record get Propigated to the Root DNS Servers for your Domain?
