From: G=EMC^2 Glazier on 18 Nov 2009 09:02 Sam yes we have all looked at the Sun especially during an eclipse. We see most every thing on Earth by sun's light being reflected off its objects, I know exactly the reason grass comes back as green, and why my van is white green and blue. I also build my own coronagraph(easy to make),so I can hopefully see its corona I like building stuff,as you know. Bert
From: G=EMC^2 Glazier on 18 Nov 2009 09:17 Sam neutrinos can cause cancer because there are trillions going through our body every minute Cells are just about all water and from time to time a neutrino can hit these cells, and disrupt it. This can mutate it. Thus these mutated cells can cause say blood cancer (leukemia) You can think the uncertainty principle can fit in here very easily Sam,and does. Neutrions do not touch stuff very often that is true, but they make up for that by being so numerous, and not even the Earth can stop them from going through your feet when standing on Earth surface. Sam do you know why if you have green Sun glasses their lens is green?) I do Bert
From: G=EMC^2 Glazier on 18 Nov 2009 09:25 Aleph We see lots of green light here on Earth. However the direct photons that leave the Suns Photosphere are mostly a complete mixture of photon wave lengths. They have lost most of their gamma photon wave lengths in losing energy taking 200,000 years to go the distance from fusion core to the surface, Good theory explains this Bert
