When i open up word, i receive the message "word could not creat the work
file. Check the Temp environmental variable" What does that mean?? where
do i go, how do i fix it???

It means that Word cannot write to the User temp folder to create its files
there. Check out user temp folders in a forum associated to your particular
operating system.
