Nothing whatever would happen.
1) "graviton" is a construct, a model which has only existed very
recently. As their absence in the past was not significant, their
disappearance would mean less.
2) "God " is a construct too. See above...

Sanny, without gravy the food in the Universe would be just plain inedible.
Gravy is the soul of mashed potatoes. A French-Dip sandwich without gravy

Gravity is not the primary force of what's holding mashed potatoes or
gravy together.
