Heat Resistant, Tough, Can be used in Burners etc. After 10 yrs I was away from this field. What new application have been made in the field of Ceramics? Ceramics is good contendor for Space Missions and Nuclear Reactors. Can Ceramics Sustain Plasma? Ceramics are supposed to have SuperConducting properties also. Have any Superconducter made using Ceramics? What are the other uses of Ceramics? What is Ceramics made of? Is it Silica or SiC [Sillicon Carbide] What applications can you think of using Ceramics?
