Yes, quite fondly. I once wrote something in SAS/AF on OS/2 that
downloaded data from the mainframe, massaged it, prompted the user to load
letterhead into the printer and created some pretty slick-looking bills.
As I recall, it wasn't especially painful to set up and was pretty easy
for the users.

I'm positive that I also used it for something else entirely
mainframe-based, but can no longer remember what.

I cannot recall ever coming up with a need for it but it's still in the tool box awaiting its turn.
